Key Qualifications
- - Significant experience in Business Planning with demand forecasting
- - Supply chain/planning/forecasting/analytical role experience also required
- - Ability to optimise supply and demand to maximise revenues
- - Strong data analysis and numeric skills and innovative approach to reporting and data presentation
- - Ability to read demand trends with experience on machine learning and other new technologies a bonus
- - Practical and enthusiastic approach to problem solving and process improvement
- - Strong work ethic, perseverance and flexibility and ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, highly-matrixed and rapidly changing environment
- - Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, both written and verbal – ability to present complex analytics to both business/product teams and Executive teams
- - Ability to establish relationships in a cross functional team environment and to deal with people at all levels
- - Excellent time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines and handle last minute requests and high profile deliverables
- - A self-starting, innovative individual who also can work as part of a team
Education & Experience
- Certification in APICS or similar qualification would be an advantage
