WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As a Senior Director, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting for the global Nike Direct business. You will play a key role in shaping global retail strategy through data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities include developing and presenting key financial updates during monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews, highlighting KPIs, variances, and actionable insights that clearly communicate company performance.

You should have a history of driving results in sophisticated retail operating environments, influencing stakeholders, implementing change, and standardizing processes and reporting. You are a strategic thinker and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with emphasis in finance or accounting, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.

• MBA is preferred.

• 15+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, and/or budgeting/forecasting.

• Expertise in retail business management, including understanding of key retail financial drivers, store operations and e-commerce dynamics.

• Experience managing and developing both direct and indirect teams while fostering a culture of diversity, belonging, and inclusion.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and compelling financial storytelling.

• Results-oriented, high-energy self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to drive impact with cross-functional senior leadership teams.

• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership, including VP-level executives, and influence strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

• Experience working in a global, matrixed environment with an understanding of managing finances across multiple regions, cultures, and currencies.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with expertise in creating integrated financial presentations for executive-level audiences.
