WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years ofexperience in Planning,Merchandising, Retail/Sales, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Deepexpertise in consumerinsights, product strategies, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of retail metrics (e.g., stock & sales planning, gross-to-net planning, shipment planning, and liquidation planning).
  • Enterprise-wide mindset with the ability to make data-driven financial decisions.
  • Strategic thinking skills to align mid-to-long-term growth strategies with cross-functional leaders.
  • Proven leadership experience in influencing teams and managing complexity with an optimistic, results-driven approach.
  • Team managementexperience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Korean, with the ability to convey plans and results through storytelling.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will be responsible for monthly, seasonal, and annual planningactivities for NSOand NVS channels,ensuring revenue,margin, and inventory targets are met through:

  • MFP financial planning, Location Planning, Pricing & Promotion Planning, and Allocation Planning.
  • Ensuring MFPs develop RSV (Retail Sales Value), SSP (Stock & Sales Plan) , and N2G plans based on consumer and marketplace growth drivers, aligned with KPIs.
  • Providing insights into monthly forecasts,identifying RetailSales and Inventory risks/opportunities (R&Os), andrecommending in-seasonactions.
  • Implementing global and geo-level planning capabilities, including Stock & Sales Planning, Open-To-Buy, Allocation, and Pricing & Promotions.
  • Leading and influencing cross-functionalpartners througha strong planning perspective.
  • Delivering key seasonal milestones and collaborating with stakeholders for seamless execution.

Focus areas for NSO:

  • Maintain optimalstorecapacity through consumerdemand-based MFPforecasting and RTV (Return to Vendor)/CXLprocesses.
  • Delivera consumer-rightassortment(CxFoP) through geo-drivenbuying processes and compelling seasonal initiatives.
  • Support elevatedconsumer experiences and best-in-class seasonalexecution through optimizedallocation strategies.

Focus areas for NVS:

  • Maintain optimalstorecapacity to maximizeconsumer demand whileensuring effectivemarketplace cleanup through liquidation.
  • Develop and execute pricing and promotional strategies to serve valueconsumers effectively.
  • Optimize Rebuy vs. Closeout decisions in close collaboration with Inventory Ops and Marketplace Planning teams.
