Serve as a ServiceNow developer on a cross functional development team which develops workflow solutions across different modules on ServiceNow. Ideal candidate should have experience working on more than one of the applications listed: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM, HAM, SAM), IT Business Management (ITBM), Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and other custom application development.
Collaborate with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise application systems
Should have good experience in developing integration solutions for multiple ServiceNow modules
Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each
Develop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards
Collaborate with members of project teams to ensure successful, technically sound projects which are completed on time and on budget
Support the development and analysis of customer requirements and assist with the development of user stories
Perform application testing
Create and maintain system design and operations documentation

Technical Qualifications:
ServiceNow Admin certified (CSA)
Certified Implementation Specialist ( CIS for any of the modules)
