What the Candidate Will Do
Coaching and Development: Provide regular feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members to cultivate the next generation of sales leaders.
Performance Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to team performance, aligning team efforts with broader company sales goals.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, operations, and sales teams and to ensure the team alignment with company sales initiatives and goals

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base hourly rate amount for this role is USD$33.25 per hour.
