Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR practices align with local and global labor laws, maintaining up-to-date policies.
Performance Management : Drive the performance review process, guiding managers in goal setting, feedback, and talent development.
HR Metrics & Analytics: Leverage data to guide decision-making and assess HR program effectiveness.
Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with Personetics’ values.
Talent Management : Support Employee full organizational life cycle inc. global talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
Requirements
5+ years of HRBP or HR Management experience, ideally in a fast-growing, high-tech or fintech environment.
Global HR Experience supporting multi-cultural teams across various regions.
Proven Track Record in both strategic HR planning and operational execution.
Strong Relationship Building and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
Analytical Expertise in using HR data for decision-making.
Proactive Problem Solver with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Knowledge of Israel Labor Laws with the ability to adapt HR best practices globally.
Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
