As a key leader, you will define and drive the vision and strategy for our Network Platform solutions. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and nurturing a cohesive, high-performing team that is passionate about innovation, reliability, and impact at scale.
- Lead the execution of engineering initiatives by guiding sprint planning, prioritization, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely and effective delivery.- Drive the execution and delivery of new features and iterative improvements for internal stakeholders on a regular cadence.- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by coaching engineers, encouraging innovation, and supporting professional growth.
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- At least 4 years of experience in a technical leadership position, including responsibilities for people management.
- Demonstrated technical expertise with the ability to engage in deep technical discussions to support sound decision-making.
- Proven track record in designing and building highly scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Solid experience with network infrastructure and software-defined networking (SDN).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Broad experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and micro-services architectures.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong capability to manage priorities, meet aggressive deadlines, and drive initiatives to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols and routing mechanisms.
- Comprehensive understanding of networking solutions spanning OSI layers 3 through 7.
