As a leader in EY’s ServiceNow practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, desgn effective solutions, and ensure successful implementation and integration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive ServiceNow strategy that aligns with business goals for our customers.
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their challenges and presenting ServiceNow solutions aligned to their business needs.
• Conduct impactful product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the value proposition of ServiceNow for various industry needs.
• Oversee the entire ServiceNow lifecycle, including needs assessment, design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Lead and inspire a team of ServiceNow professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
• Configure the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business requirements.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and functionality.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track key metrics and identify improvement opportunities.

What we’re looking for

Here’s our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.

• At least 5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, with a focus on GRC and IRM.
• Proven expertise in configuring and implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM/BCM/ITOM/HAM/SAM modules.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, ServiceNow Certified Master Architect, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC or similar certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, compliance frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integrations (REST, SOAP), and data management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
