Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in supply/demand planning with supply chain management (e.g., forecasting, supplier management, manufacturing, warehousing, fulfillment, reverse logistics).
- Experience with data sets and data analytics.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, forecasting, or business insights.
- Experience with data center hardware technology and data center capacity planning and budgeting.
- Experience with change management success across capacity planning, resource management and delivery, new product introduction, supply chain management, or infrastructure deployment.
- Experience managing programs and cross-functional teams, with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
