- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in capacity planning.
- Experience in operations, inventory development or management/operations consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience collaborating and influencing stakeholders spanning across multiple organizations and different levels of responsibilities.
- Ability to shift between detailed analysis and big picture thinking and customizing communication based on the audience.
- Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, and create compelling narratives and present them to leadership.
- Excellent data analysis skills (e.g., Google Sheets, SQL).
