Your Role and Responsibilities- Take ownership and be the custodian for all Arabic language content on different channels that include website, social media, video, and newsletters.
- Creating, editing, and optimizing Arabic content across channels.
- Ensure the content conforms to the brand guidelines such as tone, font, and design.
- Plan and execute the Content Calendar.
- Measure the content performance against benchmark KPIs and share insights on how to continually enhance content effectiveness.
- Perform competitive analysis and identify ways to enhance the content
- Work closely with the SEO analyst and Content Strategist (English) to brainstorm ways to improve customer engagement keeping in mind the marketing objectives.
- Perform in-depth analysis of the market and gain advanced understanding of target buyer personas.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Advanced certification in Arabic language
- Native proficiency in Saudi Arabic with a deep understanding of cultural nuances.
- Proven track record of writing and editing content in Arabic.
- A portfolio of Arabic content such as blogs, articles, social media posts etc.
- Familiarity with marketing terminology and concepts in both English and Saudi Arabic.
- Understanding of marketing concepts like buyer persona and buyer journey
- Experience in creating content for different social media channels
- Familiarity with marketing campaigns
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Travel and hospitality industry experience, especially Airlines, is a plus.
- Understanding of Martech like Adobe Experience Manager
- Understanding of marketing analytics
- Knowledge of regional variations in language and dialects within Saudi Arabia.
