Applied Materials Compensation Business Partner IV - B4 United States, California 634933625
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Partner with HR and business leaders to understand business objectives and develop/implement compensation strategies that support organizational goals.
Lead implementation and execution of all compensation programs and processes for designated business(es).
Serve as trusted advisor to HR Partners and business leaders on on-and-off-cycle compensation-related efforts, including offer negotiations, promotions, retention actions, compression challenges, internal equity concerns, etc.
Conduct and interpret detailed analysis of compensation data, and effectively translate data to inform decision-making and address business challenges.
Provide thought leadership and strategic direction on central, global compensation policies, programs, practices, communications and change management across multiple regions.
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders, partner organizations and global Rewards team to drive compensation strategies aligned with strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business or relevant discipline, combined with 8+ years of Global Rewards experience. Preferably with international, high-tech or semiconductor industry knowledge.
Strategic thinker with proactive approach to identifying and addressing compensation challenges
Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to guide and influence senior leaders and drive compensation strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders all levels
Strong understanding of global compensation practices, market trends and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in compensation management tools and expert excel skills.
