The Client Executive will be dedicated to a portfolio of North America (NAM) Financial Institutions (FI) and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) clients, with the overall objective to support their global and regional growth and to foster seamless delivery of the full suite of Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) products.

Through disciplined client calling, you will be responsible for all aspects of the relationship with the customer within North America, including service provision, organic revenue growth and compliance and risk management.

Revenue Retention

  • Responsible for regional incremental cross sell and commercialization of new or enhanced TTS products and services.

  • Partner with TTS Solution Sales Managers, Global Client Executives, and other regional Client Executives to identify opportunities to increase client wallet penetration.

  • Aid in the creation of regular relationship reviews that will incorporate all parts of the TTS business, including analysis on profitability, new opportunities, pricing etc.

Revenue Realization

  • Input deals into our CRM system, ensuring smooth and timely handoff to Onboarding partners.

  • Work with partners to remove road blocks and where possible accelerate revenue realization

  • Monitor deals post go-live to ensure client utilization of the product and adequate revenue realization based on deal estimates.

Voice of the Customer

  • Be the client advocate to ensure client issues are addressed promptly, working with partners across TTS and utilizing client forums such as Client At Risk to facilitate and drive resolution where necessary.

  • Be responsible for driving best in class client experience (monitoring Pulse Surveys and leverage internal tools to monitor satisfaction levels across the organization).

  • Take ownership, lead and track specific customer issues/problems, holding partners accountable to deliver on clients requirements.

  • Develop relationship across the client's organization to ensure “Trusted Adviser” status.

  • Enhance collaboration across product and customer groups. Partner with product specialists to drive overall client satisfaction through Voice Of the Client processes, build client loyalty, and respond to client escalation issues.

  • Understand the dynamics of the North America financial markets, banking & payment industry and regulatory environment.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our competition and be able to provide critical input to support the TTS Sales organization.

  • Manage client’s expectations and effectively engage in difficult discussions with clients.

  • Strengthen the client relationship by working closely with product partners across TTS.

  • Key client contact point & ultimately responsible for all aspects of the relationship with the customer, including organic revenue growth, service provision, compliance and risk management.
