Job Summary

* This is a customer-centric role in our Customer Success organization, not a Sales opportunity. *
* Qualified candidates are located near the Research Triangle Park (RTP), NC or Wichita, KS campus.*


Job Requirements
  • Proven leadership and customer-facing experience supporting large strategic customers
  • Hands-on technical expertise implementing NetApp cloud and on-prem products, technology, and solutions (CVO, NAS/SAN, FAS/AFF, ONTAP, and others)
  • A cloud certification with Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, or Google Cloud is highly preferred
  • Can drive and lead solving customer problems across the major Cloud Providers
  • Strong and demonstrated understanding of NetApp Cloud solutions, data storage, and networking
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-pressure situations, stay focused on the proper priority, and effectively handle time management
  • Able to build a communications plan based on the customer’s technical solutions, influencing customer behavior over a stretched period (1-2 years), and aligned to NetApp’s product technology strategy
  • Mastery of escalation management through full management spectrum with customers and internally. Collaborating with Support, Critical Account Program (CAP), and Engineering Product Support (EPS) teams
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and processes and an understanding of how to apply these in a customer-facing environment with visits to the customer’s domestic sites as required
  • An “ownership” mentality in building internal/external relationships, driving actions, and ensuring the best customer experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-pressure situations, staying focused on the proper priority and effectively handling time-management
  • Able to influence and drive actions with customers (influence & negotiate)

A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience is required.

Cloud certification in Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, or Google Cloud is highly preferred.
