In this role, you will join a world-class communications team focused on driving
Your role:
Managing a number of integrated communications activities in the Personal Health (PH) cluster, which may include:
Contributing to the creation of the PH narrative at Philips;
Creating engaging communications content (this includes writing content for social posts, emails, campaigns, etc.)
Managing the briefing, filming, creation and editing process for internal and external videos
Supporting the preparation of leadership presentations, and orchestration of leadership communications moments;
Leveraging a number of activation tools such as Town Halls, Webcasts, Social Media, Intranet, Mass Mail;
Delivering regular measurement report and statistics of communication programs and campaigns;
Collaborating with colleagues across the Integrated Communications and Events team to ensure campaign activation;
Working with various agencies, including video agencies and webcast production partners, ensuring objectives are met and budgets are on-target.
You're the right fit if:
You have a university Degree-level education, with at least 3 years of communications experience;
You're experienced working in (preferably a passion for) consumer health and/or technology industries;
Have excellent English language writing skills, and fluent oral English language skills;
Have proven experience in managing communications processes across a matrixed organization;
Have passion for content and ability to create engaging materials;
Video editing and video agency management experience a plus;
Have strong project management and organization skills;
