Drive inspiring, life-changing opportunities for both internal and external candidates as a brand ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Recruitment

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Korea-based corporate functions, including requisition management, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to identify hiring needs, define search strategies, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Apply and adapt broader talent acquisition strategies (e.g., employer branding, internal mobility, DE&I) to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels and talent pools to attract and engage top talent for key roles.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and act as a brand ambassador of adidas.
• Conduct regular recruitment performance reviews with business and HR stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure accurate data management and reporting through the global recruitment system.

2. Local Learning Support

• Partner with Talent & HR teams to support the execution of local learning programs (e.g., onboarding, learning events, skill-building workshops).
• Coordinate logistics and communication for key learning initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and employee engagement.
• Collect feedback and insights from participants to continuously enhance the effectiveness of learning programs.
• Act as a point of contact between global/regional Talent teams and local stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities.

• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence and engage diverse audiences
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing priorities
• Passion for people development and continuous learning

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within multinational or consumer/retail industries
• Experience in supporting HR or learning initiatives is an advantage
• Proficiency in English and Korean
