Senior HR Manageris responsible for providinga broad range of strategic and holistic HR solutions to help business achieve its objectives and develop required organizational capability to fuel long term growth. In this role the HR Leader is accountable for talentTBI, VOE, OEF and leadership bench.
Key Responsibilities:
- ·Strong partnership with sub regional SBG Leaders in establishing, implementing and monitoring short term and long term strategies to drive business objectives
- ·Enable organization long term growth through developing and implementing talent management strategy, including talent assessment, acquisition, development, redeployment and succession planning; lead SBG MRR initiatives.
- ·Provide coaching and strategic HR support to SBG leadership team and facilitate right business decisions with people consideration.
- ·Drive and continuously improve organizational effectiveness through organization design, change management and leadership effectiveness
- ·Foster and drive Honeywell culture by deploying one Honeywell approach, talent exchange and sharing across SBUs; continuously improve organization positive employee relations through employee engagement initiatives.
- ·Achieve HR operation excellence by owning and leading HR performance metrics like TBI, Diversity, Accelerator usage etc
- ·Exercise HR operation model, develop effective MOS, leverage all CoEs including C&B, Staffing, OD&L, HRS and One country HR resources to support the business growth

Key Experience & Capabilities:
- ·Bachelor’s degree or master’s in the relevant field
- ·8-12 years working experience in HR Generalist background in ASEAN, with broad understanding of Staffing, Compensation & Benefits, Labor & Employee Relations
- ·5+ years in leadership role, should have managed a team/ worked with a matrix team
- ·Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrix environment
- ·Ability to influence stakeholders to drive HR metrics and priorities in the region, use skills to get initiatives executed and partner with the business.
- ·Good Communication skills to be able to navigate Global stakeholders
