Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent AND 1+ year(s) industry experience
- OR 2+ years industry experience and college course work.
Background Check Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in Critical Environment infrastructures (e.g., UPS(Uninterruptible Power Systems), Generator, AHU(Air Handling Unit)) or working in physical IT(Information Technology)infrastructures (e.g., Servers, SANs, Networking, Capacity, DC(Datacenter)Rack/Enclosures, structured cabling).
- Technical College degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Applicable certifications: ASICS (Inventory Control), CompTIA (Computing Technology Industry Association), Microsoft Network Certifications, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Certifications, ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) Certifications, Leadership Development Certifications, PMP (Project Management Professional), CDCP (Certified Data Center Professional).
- Experience working with the operation of building cooling, electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems
- Experience with Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), Branch Circuit Monitoring (BCM), and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Experience working on large scale CE (Critical Environment) projects.
