About Citi:

CISO’s Cyber Security Engineering and Architecture is responsible for delivering integrated risk reduction capabilities and services aligned to the architectural goals and priorities associated with leading ‘Change the Bank’ (CTB) and ‘Run the Bank’ (RTB) initiatives. This role entails engineering and supporting the execution of SASE Services. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success and be highly adept at: design and engineering change efforts; managing risk and project execution in support to cybersecurity goals. The candidate needs to have the ability to work with global team on defining, testing and implementing highly scalable and integrated security architectures. The candidate needs to have the ability to define requirements, validate and drive interoperability with security components of a complex end to end network and cloud security ecosystem, focusing on client experience. Strong experience across cybersecurity, Technology Infrastructure, and support will assist in delivering aspects of this service.

The successful candidate will have responsibilities for SASE engineering. This encompasses Zscaler Private Access, Zscaler Digital Experience, integration with AD and IDP Services, Zero Trust Network Access and Zscaler Internet Access. The SASE engineer will report to the Head of Security Network Services within Cyber Security Engineering and Architecture and must partner with peer groups in Innovation, Architecture, and Technology Services. The SASE engineer will collaborate with business validating their applications with the SASE service within a service-oriented organization that meets the business needs of a digital bank.

Responsibilities:

• Working with Transformation Program Directors, Senior Architects, Steering Committees, CISO and CTI partners in delivering the transformational Programs
• Working with CITI’s Cyber Security Lab, identify and support innovation in capabilities necessary to fill critical capability gaps.
• Interface and support Citi’s Security Architecture Council and Working Groups building strong rapport across teams.
• Support Citi’s adoption of cloud continuum and holistic digital transformation.
• Drive the future end-to-end SASE Architecture Architect
• Zscaler Internet Access design and migration methods from legacy Internet Access solutions to SASE based architecture
• Zscaler Private Access design, and migration plan from flat network access to Zero Trust architecture
• Influence market leading vendor’s roadmap through close relationship
• Write and publish designs, service operations processes and best practice guides for the global audience
• Assess security gaps in current design and processes, maintaining market and vendor awareness of both trends and advancing capabilities in alignment to the transformational program goals.
• Interface with business applications teams, validating and troubleshooting applications with Zscaler Private Access, Zscaler Internet access and, when required, develop monitoring with Zscaler Digital Experience.

Qualifications:

• 3 + years of relevantcybersecurity and/or IT experience
• Leadership roles across technology or cybersecurity leading large programs or transformational activities
• Experience inZscaler
• Proven strong knowledge of Cyber Security solutions and products focusing on Cloud, CASB and SASE.
• Thorough understanding of industry and corporate technology standards for Cyber Security services
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and work with cross functional teams to manage multiple projectssimultaneously underpressure
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and oral communication as well as strong presentation skills to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in SASE implementation
• Hands-on experience in Zscaler Internet Access, Zscaler Private Access and Zscaler Digital Experience
• Strong knowledge of Proxy functionality and Proxy features

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
