Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of technical program management experience with a strong technical understanding
• Proventrack recordof going technically deep and delivering cloud-scale technologies
• Working knowledge of networking, operating systems, configurations, H/w Infrastructure, and Cloud
• Industry standard certifications such as ITIL, PMP etc. would be a plus
• Experiencedriving purposefulmeetings, assigning action items and tasks, and managing overall project tracking
• Ability to influence for impact across a wide array of stakeholders and partners.

• Drive strong area strategy while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to define, prioritize and execute business priorities
• Work closely withcross functionalteams of engineers,partnersand customer support to deliver monthly Windows updates with high quality.
• Foster effective partnerships with teams across the company by aligning,definingand measuring common goals.
• Manage priorities for engineering team based on a deep understanding of the broader Windows ecosystem and customer scenarios.
• Manage schedules, risks, issues and communicate them effectively to the team, management, and partners tomaintainhigh-quality releases.
• Use data to influence and drive decisions.
• Manage large scale Programs such as SFI including scoping, planning, prioritization, tracking, and effective implementation
• Conduct Readiness assessments spanning across people, processes, services, and technology dependencies
• Be responsible forcoming up withbaselines, gap analysis,reviews, revisions etc. towards robust planning and execution
• Identifyand surface up Risks, dependencies, challenges, and effective mitigations ina timelyand effective manner
• Work cross-functionally and collaborate across teams and geo locations towards successful execution of Program goals andobjectives
• Providetimelyreporting on critical metrics, milestones, and deliverables indicative of Program status
• Able todevelop and execute a comprehensive product feature strategy and roadmap foran area if need arises; drive strong delivery strategy, feature specs, and planning rigor while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to crisply define, prioritize end to end scenarios and requirements.
