Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Demonstratedtrack recordof leading end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure services and Programs (planning, budget, procurement, installation, configuration, deployment, contract management etc.).
• Excellent organizational and program management skills.
• Expertisein IT infrastructure and Networking technologies.
• Exposure to Cloud technologies would be an added advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skillsrequiredfor preparing clear, concise, and grammatically correct materials and communicating information effectively to others.
• Ability to use various project management methodologies, including agile.
• Solid customer focused, relationship focused pattern of work.
• Ability to create structure from abstract ideas, take initial concepts to full maturity.
• Technically savvy with the ability to solve both technical and non-technical problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
• Excellent oral and written communication skillsrequiredfor preparing clear, concise, and grammatically correct materials and communicating information effectively to others.
• Solid customer focused, relationship focused pattern of work.

• Being vision led by providing industry leading infrastructure solutions to the enterprise.
• Plan and execute end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure Programs across the portfolio.
• Build Program timelines, estimate of level of effort, manage milestones, and course correct Programs tomaintainoverall schedule/cost/quality by mitigating the program risks.
• Orchestrate planning, communications, testing, and stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Increase reliability of the service through engineering practices, data driven approach, hardware/software refresh programs and optimization efforts.
• Identifyopportunities for improvement in existing processes and drive ideas to completion.
• Plan service innovations byexhibitingand employing a product engineering mindset across the team.
• Partner with key stakeholders to drive the procurement, installation, configuration, testing, and deployment of IT infrastructure.
• Modernize the infrastructure capabilities with market research, adoptcutting edgetechnologies, and partner with product managers.
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with business, application program managers, ISPs, OEM vendors, Engineering peers.
