This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

THE POSITION

As anIT Manager: (Cloud/Sun)at Solstice Advanced Materials,you will be responsible for leading IT strategy and assuring effective ITdelivery for a Line of Business, region or function within Solstice Advanced Materials.You will be the primary interface to business leaders to define requirementsand drive execution of growth and productivity solutions enabled throughexisting and emerging information technology. You will be a key member of thebusiness leadership team, engaging in all aspects of running the business, witha specialization in the use of technology to fulfill business objectives.

You will report directly to ourDataCenter & Infrastructure Leaderand work out of ourlocations on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop business' IT strategy
• Recommend IT solution roadmaps for Cloud technologies
• Set local IT priorities
• Drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance/cyber safety
• Manage expenses to IT Annual Operating Plan
• Run MOS for solution delivery
• Provide IT updates to business
• Educate business on technology
• Manage IT professionals
• Manage with vendors

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years managing infrastructure management
