Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of international experience leading regional sales organizations.
  • Expert in working cross-functionally and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage complex markets; driving high impact strategic solutions while delivering on short-term goals; creating sustainable value for customers and demand for the future.
  • Experienced in making quality, timely decisions supported by deep analysis.
  • Proven track record in building and developing high performing teams.
  • Understanding of both the Consumer and B2B.
  • Superb oral communication skills. Able to have peer level conversation with sales executives and other leaders in the sales function, and influence their opinion with logical thinking, independent perspective, and fact-based arguments.
  • Exemplary written communication skills. Able to organize complex facts and proposals clearly and concisely, create structured and compelling presentation materials and be able to deliver them through effective story-telling.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into insightful business intelligence, learnings from performance measurement and best practices.
  • Fluency in French.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Significant previous experience in a Consumer Electronics device, FMCG or other related industries.
  • Successful experience of partnering with Retailers, Carriers and Enterprise businesses.
  • Will have significant previous experience operating and influencing within a multinational organization.
