Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis to evaluate potential costs, benefits, risks, and returns associated with business opportunities and strategic choices.
Performs detailed data analytics on resourcing, expenses, and financial results.
Through analytics and in collaboration with colleagues, identify process improvements across the organization that support qualitative and quantitative decisions.
Assess and communicate risk, when identified.
Collaborate with FP&A team to meet business objectives.
Support the planning and financial processes.
Through analytics identify productivity and expense management opportunities.
Track productivity, growth, and optimizing of capital.
As appropriate, analyze financial impacts of contract changes.
Participate in review and challenge sessions with the Business, Programs, and Finance
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
6 - 10 years of financial analysis experience
Strong analytical skills
Understanding of controls and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, attention to detail
Ability to complete assignments within required deadlines.
Effective inter-personal and written/verbal communication skills.
Problem recognition and resolution skills
Ability to innovate.
Demonstrated communication/presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across business and functional lines.
High energy, diplomatic, self-starter with desire to show continued progress.
