What You Can Expect
- Challenging Work: Drive the characterization and validation of high-speed interfaces like PCIe, and Ethernet, focusing on electrical performance, compliance, and debugging.

- S tate-of-the-Art Tools:Utilize advanced equipment, including real-time and sampling oscilloscopes, BERTs, spectrum, vector and protocol analyzers, to conduct extensive tests and implement automation scripts for efficiency.
- Customer-Centric Collaboration: Provide engineering support to customers and internal teams to address performance tuning, issue resolution, and system integration challenges.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering (Master’s preferred) with 5+ years of industry experience in high-speed SERDES characterization.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in lab equipment (oscilloscopes, VNAs, etc.) and signal integrity concepts like jitter, S-Parameter and eye diagram analysis, PAM-4 signaling, and SERDES compliance testing.
- Scripting Skills: Experience in automation using Python to streamline validation processes. C, C++, VBA, Matlab.
- Data visualization tools such as JMP, R, Matlab, Excel, pandas
- Solid fundamentalsof analog & digital circuits and data communication systems.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to debug, root-cause issues, and propose innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Team Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively across global, multi-disciplinary teams.
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
122,700 - 181,600, $ per annum
The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
