Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage digital projects through development of timelines, task assignment and progress tracking as needed
  • Manage the handoff and tracking of web leads
  • Liaison with internal teams regarding miscellaneous web requests
  • Manage email and web intake requests through Zendesk ticketing system
  • Interface with Web Developers to help with site content, usability, maintenance, updating and evolution of the website
  • Analyze website traffic and seek opportunities and avenues to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with team to build campaign reporting; analyze data in Adobe Analytics and consolidate results in PowerPoint to tell a story
  • Assistance with tasks associated with the SEO and SEM strategy; monitor SEO web crawls in Conductor, support SEO/SEM lead with technical updates
  • Support paid media manager with traffic sheet development and tracked URL generation
  • Manage and update web trackers and calendars daily
  • Conduct audits and actively participate in knowledge sharing
  • Organize files, own, and manage team SharePoint, and distribute digital marketing materials to relevant stakeholders
  • Identify and execute improvements for processes, content, and campaign performance
  • Other projects/duties as assigned

To Qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Post-secondary education in marketing (preferably with a digital focus)
  • 2+ years of experience in playing a supporting role in the planning, creation and measurement of high-quality marketing and campaigns
  • Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Hands-on expertise with third-party platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Azure, Zen Desk
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative suite / graphic design an asset (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Understanding of digital best practices and platforms
  • An understanding of how digital fits into the larger marketing and firm ecosystem
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, complex, yet dynamic work environment

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $52,400 to $78,600. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
