You will impact the growth and success of our Mining, Minerals and Metals business in the North America region by providing technical expertise and support to the sales team. You will collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that address their challenges. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities, drive innovation in sales processes, and build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
•Support a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the Mining, Minerals and Metals vertical
•Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team in the North America region
•Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to expand market share
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the Mining, Minerals and Metals vertical
•Identify new business opportunities and drive innovation in sales processes
The annual base salary range for this position is $121,000-$161,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
•3+ years of transferrable experience in technical sales roles, preferably in the Mining, Minerals and Metals industry
•Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving targets
•Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the products and solutions being sold in the Mining, Minerals and Metals vertical
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
•Technical certifications or advanced degree preferred
•Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
•Proven ability to drive results and achieve targets
•Strong technical expertise and the ability to provide technical support to the sales team
•Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
•Passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends
