Accountability for coordinating and supporting Real Estate & Development (RE&D) operations to include:- Assist with all day to day facility operations (soft- and hard services), ensuring open issues are dealt with in a timely manner- Manage Landlords/Vendors requests for document authorisation- Support Facility Managers with any ad hoc requests- Compliance and operation requirements are essential- Conduct Facilities contract reviews as directed- Handle inquiries regarding RE&D related site services- Administration of RE&D tools, procedures, records, and policies including invoicing- Identify and develop opportunities for continuous operations improvement- Ability to perform other functional duties as directed & required- Ensure that all maintenance has been completed in accordance with the PPM schedule- Being able to work independently and thoroughly
