About the Role

This role calls for a combination of analytics and ability to operationalize processes in a fast paced environment.

What you'll do:

• Executional Excellence: Help develop and implement growth strategies to increase the number of earners in the platform
• Business Sense: Monitor, understand, and interpret specific operational and financial metrics to improve execution
• Problem Solving: Understand risks and opportunities and generate practical recommendations that consider the business context and restrictions of issues
• Process Optimization: Implement core analyses and processes, ensuring they run efficiently
• Product Improvement: Understand opportunities for improvements or new features to enhance our marketplace, measure their impact, and help to implement them
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional stakeholders

What you'll need:

• Education: Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, Math.
• Years of Experience/Industries:​2+ years of professional experience in Project management, operations, Business Analysts, Growth
• Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation
• SQL or Python knowledge is a plus
• Excell is a must, proficiency
• Any experience with business growth can be a favorable factor
• Excel and Analytics: Strong excel pro-efficiency and analytical thinking
• Communication: Portuguese and English proficiency. Able to present ideas in a comprehensive, yet succinct manner
• Teamwork: Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team. Ability to work with people from a diverse set of backgrounds and responsibilities
• Executional Excellence: Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and ambiguous work environment
• Planning & Organization: Understand project objectives and build short-term plans and timelines for executing against them
