Job Description:

The position of Global Financial Crimes Exam Management and Program Support Executive within the GFC Program and Policy Oversight team will manage and execute the Global Financial Crimes Exam Management and Program Support program, to include providing oversight for the following for GFC:
• Exam Management Process, including exam management and validation oversight.
• GFC Third Party Oversight program.
• Enterprise Area of Coverage alignment, including GCOR gap assessment remediation.
• Risk identification, scenario analysis, etc.
• Program and Policy team Capacity assessment and Skills assessment and similar process execution.

WIll lead remediation of regulatory findings, manage and execute functional requirements, ensure adherence to internal/external regulations, and monitor program efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ Years professional experience in Global Financial Crimes, as well as relevant background in Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance.

  • 5 or more years experience in managing and leading People and the ability to lead teams

  • Education requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrated experience with detection and proactive methods to identify risk.
