Job Description

Consumer Education Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of consumer education campaigns across multiple channels to drive early adopter action.

Regional Activities Implementation:Manage and coordinate channel activities, ensuring excellent regional implementation aligned with overall marketing strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:Maintain strong cross-departmental communication to foster collaboration and ensure strategic alignment.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team. fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong leadership and track records in team management

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and motivate both internal and external stakeholders to achieve common objectives

• Excellent strategic planning and business planning abilities.

• Highly creative with experience in developing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate consumer

• Strong experience in managing channel activities and strong cross-departmental communication skills.

• Experience in consumer research and an analytical mindset for making data-driven decisions.

• Experience in successful new product launches or innovation projects is a plus.

• Experience in top OTC/prescription drug retail or FMCG companies is preferred.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Personality: Outgoing, extroverted, and talkative, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
