Personal Auto Channel Marketer
As the
Personal Auto Channel Marketer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Developing the channel marketing business strategy and tactics for Personal Auto Channel Partners within the CBTPP GAPA business
- Creating and managing channel activation calendar that includes conversion campaigns, promotions, paid ads, social engagement and incentive programs
- Measurement and tracking of results
- Budget management
- Manage prioritization and creation of new channel assets (sales enablement tools, flyers, toolkits, banners, etc.)
- Develop plug and play or custom promotions to optimize Market Development Funds and measure ROI
- Identify share gain opportunities within channel and create national conversion programs
- Lead channel trade show and event strategy for prioritized accounts with support of CKAMs and Live Activation team
- New product channel launch effectiveness: facilitating on time and in full launch packages to distribution, to include customized messaging and tools where needed
- Obtain relevant channel and industry insights to stay on trend and optimize growth programs
- Drive consistent brand awareness to maintain and gain share
- Identify opportunities for eCommerce acceleration through data syndication platforms, digital programs offered by channel partners, etc.
- Collaboration with Portfolio, Activation and Integrated Marketing functions
- Collaboration with Sales District Owner and BSO Leaders
- Collaboration with USAC Channel Sales Leader and relevant Key Account teams
- Ensure Personal Auto Channel Partners remain compliant with brand standards
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Five (5) years of experience in marketing or sales experience in a private, public, government and military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution with an emphasis in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
- 5 years of experience in sales management or key accounts
- Experience working within a distributor channel model
- Integratedmarketing/communicationsexperience
- Business experience in a regulated market
- Digital marketing experience
- Promotional and campaign development experience
- Strong analytical skills
