Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Assist leadership/partners by developing analyses, tools, processes and procedures to help understand performance and determine the most appropriate actionsFORECASTING & TOOLS- Develop Retail’s weekly and quarterly demand forecast, segmented by product, country, segment, and channel - Drive automation and improvement in forecast data quality and adoption of reporting tools & dashboards
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10 years of progressive experience, including people management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • 11-15+ years of proven experience in a fast paced, high performance organization, preferably across international markets
  • Experience building relationships at all levels of the organization in order to influence across multiple seniority levels
  • Composed executive presence, balancing confidence with humility
  • Able to navigate nuanced decisions, balancing financial and non-financial considerations with sensitivity
  • Highly articulate in both verbal and written communication
  • Able to articulate recommendations in straightforward language to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Proven experience building and leading a high performance team
  • Ability to coach team to conduct complex, data-driven analysis
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $207,600 and $311,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
