JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Co-develop, implement and execute Education Services programs across a broad segment of customers, verticals and geographies .

  • Support all aspects of Education programs including execution, supporting marketing with pre/post event communications, marketing-driven campaigns/promotion strategies etc.

  • Own and drive program execution within budget guidelines and make recommendations on program augmentation as required.

  • Engage and maintain direct alignment with various internal stakeholders including Education Services, Marketing and others.

  • Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, and budget.

  • Set goals and define metrics for each program including targeted lead flow - track program results, measuring program success, and reporting metrics

  • Evaluate program's impact and ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment or program improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven program management experience within enterprise software/SaaS with a strong sales and marketing background.

  • Ability to understand and communicate to diverse technical and non-technical audiences

  • Creativity to “think outside the box” and leadership to execute effectively

  • Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other departments including and cross-functional leaders both inside and outside the company

  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to sell ideas and get buy-in with various stakeholders

  • Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management

  • Project/Program management, prioritization, organizational skills, accuracy in performance and details driven.

  • Experience in Salesforce and Tableau is highly desirable

  • Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, cloud applications, data science, analytics, AI platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Dataiku, H2O, Salesforce)

  • Self starter, with an optimistic, pragmatic and growth mindset attitude to think on a global scale and can prioritize and complete work across concurrent projects and tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is highly regarded.
