What will you do in this role:

  • Monitoring IT’s workforce strategy thatidentifiescurrent and future talent needs aligned with business goals.

  • Provide leadership to our IT talent pipeline product via partnerships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and industry networks, and promoting our Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) program.

  • Design, implement, and oversee employee growth and development programs for IT teams.

  • Lead and mentor a team of IT Talent Enablement professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • identifyIT Talent Enablement product and service needs and improvements.

  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the IT department and across the organization.

  • Monitor industry trends and implement best practices related to workforce strategy, talent pipelines, and employee growth and development.

  • Report on talent enablement initiatives, outcomes, and recommendations to leadership.

What Should you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; aMaster’sdegree is preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, workforce planning, or HR related to IT functions.

  • Experience in leading employee development programs and initiatives.

  • Certification in HR (SHRM, HRCI) or similar is highly regarded.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Proven strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess workforce needs and measure program success.

  • Deep understanding of IT roles, skills, and industry trends.

  • Creative problem-solving skills to address talent challenges and develop innovative solutions.

  • Organizational skills with a focus on project management and execution.
