What you will do:

• Creating, delivering, and publishing Help documentation and Built-In Learning content.
• Handling documentation and other Knowledge Management deliverables in various portals/forums.
• Supporting the Solution & Product Management, Development, and Partners with your knowledge and writing skill.
• Willing to take responsibility to understand the requirement from the developers / PO Teams for documentation.

What you bring:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with documentation of Software Products.
• Good team player.
• Familiarity with SDLC / DDLC.
• Knowledge in GIT Documentation is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Tools such as Jira, Git Hub, Confluence Wiki, SharePoint is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge about HTML, CMS, XML is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, self-driven with ability to learn quickly.
