Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to directors/counsels across the MInD team related to legal documents for filing (child labor related permit applications, visa documents for signature, expedite requests, business travel letters, etc.), coordinating notary/apostille support, etc.
Maintain various trackers to manage visa and permit expirations/deadlines
Maintain and organize team knowledge base and trackers across minors, immigration and diligence functions
Support MInD team members with legal research regarding immigration and child labor requirements globally
Manage vendor invoices, including assisting with new vendor set-up in legal tracker system and routing invoices to appropriate production/cost center
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification required
3+ years of work experience in the legal field (especially those with a focus in entertainment, employment or immigration) or at a studio/production company. Possible backgrounds include experience as a paralegal or coordinator in immigration, employment, and/or entertainment.
Proficiency with Google Workspace
The ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently
Sound judgment to make quick decisions and operate independently
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $70,000 - $170,000.
