This is a diverse role that includes:* Directly contacting external customers, internal program management, and engineering teams* Monitoring pre and post-release public feedback to identify and call out new issues in the field* Reporting on progress of seeding programs, assessment of incoming feedback, and other project status* Supporting ongoing development of our seeding program tools* Investigating issues reported by our outside users through test reproduction, debugging, and diagnostics analysis* Reviewing bugs and work with engineering teams to isolate and appropriately prioritize response* Identifying trends and insights from large and complex data
- BS/MS, preferably Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math or related experience
- 4+ years of experience in project management
- Ability to debug hard problems and investigate root cause analysis
- Comfortable and adaptable in a dynamic and informal environment, and able to respond to changing priorities quickly and expertly
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience as a software or QA Engineer
- Real passion for user-focused design & high quality technology
- Self-motivated and dedicated with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical proficiency in data visualization (e.g., Tableau) a plus
- Programming skills in Python a plus
