Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building pipeline by setting up qualified meetings with prospects for our Account Executives
  • Identifying target accounts, profiling and engaging key decision makers and influencers with compelling outreach via the phone, email, LinkedIn and other social selling channels.
  • Developing creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects
  • Meet daily activity KPIs
  • Work effectively in a team environment and generate high impact results.



We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
• Articulate, ambitious, goal oriented and success driven

  • 1-3 years of business development experience (enterprise software sales preferred).
  • Conversational fluency in English and other European Language is required.
  • Fluency in Nordics languages is required: Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finish.
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs
  • Interpersonal skills: passion, collaborative working style, active listening, empathy, innovative and extra mile mindset.
