SAP UX Content Design Architect

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development and implementation of a cohesive, scalable content strategy across SAP Business Network; establish product voice and tone, define and document best practices and guidelines

• Develop, enhance, and refine information architecture for complex product suites, with attention to localization and accessibility best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of UX writers, designers, researchers, product managers, and developers to influence and drive impact in our end-to-end content experience

• Advocate for user-focused content design; guide users through the product experience intuitively; build bridges between the user’s needs and product’s goals

• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to junior team members

About you:

• Ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas to broad audiences

• Deep empathy for end-user needs; ability to articulate and propose solutions to pain points

• Familiarity with user experience research principles and making data-driven decisions.

• Demonstrated experience leading content strategy projects in a complex, cross-functional technology organization

• Knowledge of online cloud technologies, web and mobile UX tools; ability to write inclusively and for localization and accessibility

• 10+ years of experience in UX writing and content design roles, with a strong portfolio highlighting UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines

• Bachelor's degree in English, Literature, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise SaaS

• Experience with benefit-driven and subscription-oriented copy

• Experience with small- and medium-sized businesses
