- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Literature, Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in writing, editorial, marketing, UX writing, or related, as well as leading content strategy projects.
- 5 years of experience as an Information Architect or Content Strategist.
- 3 years of experience in people or team management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in writing, editorial, marketing, or UX writing in an agency setting.
- Experience using a CMS to manage and publish web content.
- Knowledge of best practices in user interface design and user experience (e.g. UI design).
- Knowledge of the principles of process automation based on user needs/program goals.
- Ability to read and understand HTML.
