• Ensure achievement of Unified SBR and UCR targets through the delivery of Enhanced Solutions and Value Based Delivery
• Unified business strategy and planning to ensure Security Solution area has the resources to meet targets via Unified delivery
• Security Unified portfolio strategy and Architecture aligned to achieving usage and consumption targets by Solution Play
• Lead and coach superior customer experience and overall business performance, achieving Support Billed Revenue (SBR) and Unified Consumed Revenue (UCR) growth across all Security workloads
• Drive the integration of Reactive support insights with the proactive execution of consumption motions to achieve the outcome of growing both product consumption and billed revenue, and support consumption
• Manages the weekly and monthly business reviews with Corp and field stakeholders related to Unified performance and Connected customer experience
• Own the insights and actions related to IP portfolio management to optimize the delivery capabilities as well as the skilling needs mapped to this IP portfolio by pillar
• Identifies patterns and trends in customer experience on support delivery execution across pillars and Areas.
• Drive operational excellence, including offering portfolio management and high-quality reporting and insights
• Voice of the field to tech strategy teams on VBD landing aiming at improving/fine-tuning IP
• Actively and visibly establishes a voice with Solution Area and CSU and company stakeholders on key business drivers and blockers for Unified Delivery excellence and connected customer experience.
Thought Leadership
• Lead, coach, and mentor consumption through support contracts with Enhanced Solutions and Value Based Delivery
• Serve as thought leader and coach consumption and delivery teams on delivery excellence and connected customer experience initiatives
• Be recognized as a transformational leader, building on key principles and leading change management effectively to establish a consumption culture through repeatable and scalable IP based execution.
• Be a recognized collaborator by building trusted relationships with peers to increase organization capability in customer and partner field orchestration.
Technical Leadership
• Technical acumen to sponsor Security technical engagements with customers and assess and analyze IP portfolio for the solution area
