- Act as a strategic partner for the NAM Marketing team
- Work together with NAM Marketing leadership to create roadmaps, targets and KPIs
- Create the needed processes, ceremonies and data reports (SF, HS, BI tools) for the NAM marketing team, lead data meetings and enable roadmap and KPIs monitoring
- Identify pain points and business opportunities across different funnels and customer journeys in MAM
- Identify operational and data gaps, gather needs and work to create short term and long term solutions with relevant stakeholders in NAM and HQ
- Act as a connector between marketing ops & analytics and the entire marketing department and NAM Marketing team
- Be the go-to person for operational and data needs of the marketing team
Your Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations roles in a B2B/SAAS company, tech project manager, martech specialist, business ops working closely with marketing
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot/marketing automations platforms (marketo, pardot), Google Sheets/ Excel, Looker/Tableau/power bi/data visualization, SQL (an advantage)
- Proven experience in building processes for complex operations
- Strong presentation skills, translating complex data into actionable insights
- Curiosity, ambition, proactiveness, and strong collaboration and communication skills
- Travel is required at least 2 times per year
