Acquisition Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B acquisition marketing strategy aligned with Payoneer's business objectives.
- Execute and continuously optimize B2B acquisition campaigns to drive engagement and conversions for Payoneer's suite of solutions.
- Support sales teams through lead generation and nurturing using marketing automation tools and strategies.
- Maintain a robust marketing campaign calendar, ensuring timely execution and alignment across field and digital marketing initiatives.
- Leverage digital channels (email, social media, paid ads, content marketing, WeCom, etc.) to engage prospects and drive conversions.
- Define target audiences, campaign structures, content topics, and tactics to align with Payoneer's brand and growth objectives.
- Track and manage campaign milestones, deadlines, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, content) to align on campaign goals and schedules.
Performance Optimization & ROI Improvement:
- Regularly analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and ensure campaigns drive profitable growth.
- Set measurable objectives, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on campaign outcomes.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders with performance insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Economics, or Marketing.
- Minimum 9 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in global logistics, cross-border payment companies, exporting firms, or B2B marketing roles.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.

- Proven market insights and connections/resources in the exporting sector.
- Strong project management skills with a marketing background.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and digital channels.
