Your Impact
You are an experienced Solutions Engineer (SE) with a strong background in networking, collaboration, unified access, security, and data center/virtualization technologies. In this role, you will partner with Account Executives in a pre-sales technical capacity, showcasing network product solutions.
Your industry knowledge and years of technology experience enable you to excel in technical selling, explaining features and benefits to customers, and designing and configuring products to meet specific customer needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in networking, telecommunications, or the data center industry, with Cisco product expertise or relevant experience in comparable competitor technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Candidate must reside in the Cleveland or Toledo, Ohio area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pre-Sales experience preferred.
- CCNA certification required; actively working toward CCNP certification.
- Strong understanding of Collaboration, Security, SDN, and server/desktop virtualization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively and contribute as a team member.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues and determine an effective course of action.
