- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program or project management.
- 10 years of experience in business operations or similar, with experience in optimizing organizational effectiveness.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in developing and driving a portfolio of organization effectiveness programs, defining and delivering on quantitative and qualitative outcomes/impact.
- Experience creating and executing on a communications strategy that leverages existing and new channels and spans a variety of stakeholders across all levels of experience and influence.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships, including collaborating across cross-functional teams, influencing perspectives to drive alignment, and demonstrating thought leadership.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill ideas, strategy, and data into easy to understand language.
