HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• You will work as line manager handling day-to-day people topics.
• Responsible for competence development, coaching and engagement/motivation. Team is a mix of very experienced engineers and engineers new to the team.
• Responsible for key talent and skills retention.
• Organizing people into operational teams, defining a clear scope for the team, setting targets, defining performance measures and evaluation
• Driving continuous improvement actions
• Led team to deliver features as well as support maintenance as per business needs.
• You will take care of office and lab space organization as well as maintenance of those.
• Implementing company-wide processes, strategies, and leading change
• We expect you to drive the setting of targets and secure timely deliveries with team (assign development items, feature owners, delivery of feature to customer)
• Technical expert on group responsibilities to Customer.
• Run Customer meetings to address feature deliveries and other pressing technical topics key to Customer.

Executes and/or oversees processes to meet customer needs. Responsible for analysis, design & development of policies, plans, programs.Carries out specialised activities/projects according to general direction. Influences others to support decisions. Works mostly independently. Analyze situations or data that requires review of relevant factors. Solutions can often be checked and proved. Demonstrates success in multiple roles and is adaptable to manage complex changing business environments.Communicates with parties within and outside of own job function and teams, and typically has responsibilities for communicating with parties external to the organisation, which may include customers or vendors.Works to influence others to accept job function’s view/practices and agree/accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.Has cross-cultural knowledge and global mindset Requires ability to communicate with executive leadership regarding matters of significant importance to the organisation. May conduct briefings with senior leaders within the job function. May at times be required to negotiate regarding operational issues.Management Experience / Achieved well-advanced skills of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and organisational practice or expertise. Recognised expert in their field (depth & breadth). Typically requires 5-8 years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree.You have:
• Master's or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Software Technology, or equivalent education
• Good knowledge of SW development processes and SW quality essentials
• Knowledge of Customer Technical Support.
• Experience in a complex project environment.
• Familiarity with quality assurance tools and techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, strong result orientation, proactive and can-do spirit, and strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Supports high performance culture and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and presentation skills to interact with Customer and team.
• Excellent coaching, mentoring and good listening skills to manage a highly skilled team.
• People/Management Leadership skills
It would be nice if you also had:
• SW development background
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
