In this role, you will:* Drive end-to-end satellite antenna development to optimize performance, reliability, and manufacturability
* Manage technical requirements for satellite antenna systems development
* Coordinate with subject matter experts on trade studies to define antenna hardware and software specifications
* Oversee hardware verification and validation processes
* Coordinate manufacturing planning initiatives
* Manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure timely delivery
* Implement and optimize team processes and toolsRequired Technical Experience:* Strong background in hardware development at PCB level
* Demonstrated expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
* Proven experience in feasibility studies, prototyping, and hardware system design
* Proficiency in verification and validation test planning and execution
* Understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Test (DFT) principles
* Some experience with reliability engineering and cost optimizationRequired Program Management Skills:* Execution capabilities and strategic planning
* Resource allocation and scheduling proficiency

* Project management tools and methodologies masteryExport Control Requirement:

- Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
- 7+ years of hardware development experience at PCB level
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
