The Regional Solutions Director – Roads and Highways reports to the Market Solutions Director and provides leadership across this market. We seek someone who will identify and lead elements of opportunity differentiation and shape Jacobs’ solutions to meet market gaps. You will support our clients with tailored multi-discipline solutions, assist with strategic bids, and operate as a visible industry leader. We seek a proactive individual who can develop and implement best practice, ensuring a consistent approach to smart, sustainable, and digital solutions, for project execution.
- Able to demonstrate a strong track record in delivering highly innovative and sustainable solutions to clients in the Roads and Highways Sector.
- Genuine relationships with key clients in the Roads and Highways sector - a trusted and reliable profile in this market.
- Extensive experience delivering major Roads and Highways programs and projects.
- An ability to proactively support the Transport Operations team by identifying potential recruits and participating in strategic recruitment.
- Partnering with our Growth and Sales Team, assisting with strategic bids to bring the best of Jacobs to our clients.
- An ability to collaborate and support internally and externally in the development of the Roads and Highways focussed Technical Leaders to suit the evolving needs of our clients.
- Assure the quality of technical outputs through the appointment of suitably qualified Technical Leaders.
