Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of dining staff, including full time servers, and contingent employees.
- Assign and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring efficient operations and smooth service delivery.
- Oversee the set-up and preparation of dining areas, ensuring proper table settings, cleanliness, and organization
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing guidance to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Conduct daily pre-shift meeting and training topics.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
- Learn basic POS troubleshooting techniques. Familiar with support call procedure when necessary.
- Monitor and maintain an adequate supply of alcoholic, nonalcoholic beverages, and dining supplies, coordinating with suppliers as needed.
- Ensure accurate menu presentation, including descriptions, and seasonal offerings.
- Coordinate with culinary team to execute menu items consistently and maintain high food quality standards.
- Work in tandem with the Client Dining Management Team to support operational needs.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Outstanding Food knowledge
- Outstanding Beverage knowledge
- Familiar with managing POS Systems and running reports for optimal operation success.
- Required to lift up to 30lbs
- Available to work late nights, holidays and long days as necessary
- Able to stand for a 12–14-hour shift
- Identifies ways to improve processes/procedures to enhance quality and/or outcomes

- 3+ years fine dining and or luxury hotel experience preferred
- Experience in high-volume, full-service dining operation required
- Management or Supervisory experience preferred
- Commitment to excellence is required
- Passion for food and the hospitality industry is required
- Strong computer skills required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 360 preferred
